A common trick in the early 2010s was to name a .exe file as video.mp4.exe and use double extensions. If you find a "repack" that is 2MB in size, it is a 20-minute video. It’s a Trojan. Legitimate Mini MP4s for a 20-minute video (even at 240p) are around 40-80MB.
