Horizon Forbidden West Update 1037 1580exe [new] Access

Many RTX 3080/4090 users reported crashes despite having 12GB+ of VRAM. Update 1037 adjusts the memory allocation logic. The 1580exe now correctly distinguishes between Shared GPU memory (system RAM) and Dedicated VRAM . Previously, the game would refuse to allocate textures even when free RAM was available. This patch solves the infamous Error 0x887A0005 (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED) .
