The modding community for PES 2013 is incredibly resilient. While many moved to PES 2017 or 2021, a hardcore group of "retro modders" continues to produce content. It is highly likely that as the 2024/25 season concludes, a will emerge. However, the 2023 season remains a peak year because of the World Cup (played in late 2022) and the unique kit designs released for that tournament.
